Father,

Help me choose kindness today — even when I’m tired, even when others aren’t kind back.

Kindness that listens before it judges. Kindness that lifts someone up. Kindness that leaves people better than I found them.

Let my words be soft. My actions thoughtful. My heart open.

You were kind to me when I didn’t deserve it. Help me pass that on — no strings attached.
